uring my freelancing tenure at FITCH, one of the most significant projects I contributed to was the Pacific Place Shopping Mall Website Revamp. I played a pivotal role in shaping the user interface design, working closely with the design team from the earliest stages of the project through to final delivery.

I developed detailed UI layouts that brought the brand’s premium positioning while balancing aesthetics with functionality. Throughout the design process, I carefully considered usability, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices. This included refining components, typography, iconography, and colour palettes to create a cohesive visual language. I also collaborated with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and ensure the final UI design aligned with both business goals and user needs.

The outcome was a polished, user-friendly interface that elevated the Pacific Place digital presence, reinforcing the mall’s reputation as a luxury lifestyle destination.
