eDM Design and Developement in Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Insider
SWIRE PROPERTIES, SPOTLIGHT PTY LTD.
I specialize in designing and implementing eDMs for Swire Properties and Spotlight using email clients including the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Insider. For Salesforce, I leverage CloudPages as well for language switching within the eDMs and for constructing compelling mini-sites and landing pages.

Layout Design and HTML editing
It requires knowledge of editing and implementing HTML and CSS to make sure the result looks as good as the design and avoid the bugs happened in different email client (such as MS Outlook).
Additionally, my proficiency extends to seamlessly integrating personalized content into eDMs, ensuring a dynamic and impactful communication strategy.
